The AK40-10, AK45-10, and AK45-36 series are high-performance power modules that integrate a brushless motor, planetary gearbox, and driver into a single unit, providing the perfect solution for powerful motion and precise control. These modules feature a lightweight design with high efficiency and strong power, offering exceptional torque density to meet various high-load demands. The core components of the gearbox and the manufacturing process have been specially optimized to deliver a smoother operating experience. Supporting both servo and motion control modes, they incorporate adaptive PID settings, eliminating complexity and enabling direct, efficient operation.
The AK40-10 and AK45-10 power modules use a 10:1 reduction ratio, making them suitable for applications with limited space and moderate torque requirements. In contrast, the AK45-36 power module features a 36:1 reduction ratio, delivering greater torque output for heavy-load applications. The plug-and-play, highly integrated design removes traditional redundant wiring, streamlining the installation process and simplifying deployment.
