Warranty Coverage
All LXRCMODEL remote control model products are backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
If a product has a quality issue (e.g., malfunction due to factory-made defects), you can choose to return it for a refund or exchange it for a new unit.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Eligibility: Valid only for products bought directly from LXRCMODEL or our authorized wholesale channels. Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation) must be provided.
Quality-related Issues: For defects confirmed by LXRCMODEL, the buyer covers the shipping cost to return the item to us. We will pay for shipping the replacement or processing the refund.
Non-Warranty Cases: Damage from improper use (wrong wiring, overloading, physical impact), unauthorized modifications, or normal wear-and-tear are not covered.
Process
Contact our support team via [email:info@lxrcmodel.com] within 7 days of discovering the issue. Include your order details, product photos/videos showing the problem.
Once approved, ship the item back with a tracking number.
After inspection, we’ll send a replacement (shipping cost covered by us) or process a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Notes
Refunds exclude return shipping fees paid by you. Allow 5-10 business days for refund processing after we receive the item.
