Shipping Methods and Options

2. Ordering Notes
The shopping cart currently supports online ordering for ePacket, EMS, DHL, and FedEx. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on item weight and destination.

Delivery Timeline
1. Order Processing Cycle
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working daysafter payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Shipping Time Reference
▶ ePacket
North America: 5-12 working days
Europe: 7-15 working days
Other countries: 10-25 working days (subject to local postal efficiency)
▶ EMS Express
Hong Kong, China: ≤5 working days
North America/Europe: 7-15 working days
Other countries: 7-20 working days (affected by destination customs clearance efficiency)
▶ International Express (DHL/FedEx)
Major countries: 3-7 working days (e.g., US, Germany, Japan)
Remote areas: 5-10 working days
Special Notes
1. Customs Clearance Delays
We shall not be liable for delays (up to 90 days) caused by destination customs inspection, tax payment, etc.
Confirm local import policies (e.g., customs duty threshold, prohibited/restricted items) before ordering.
2. Logistics Tracking
All channels provide tracking numbers for progress queries via the respective logistics company’s website.
Contact customer service for logistics proof or customs clearance assistance.
3. Remote Area Surcharges
Additional delivery fees may apply to remote areas (e.g., islands, mountainous regions) in some countries, automatically prompted during checkout.
Shipping Fee Calculation
1. Online Channels
Shipping fees for ePacket, EMS, DHL, and FedEx are automatically calculated based on item weight, volume, and destination, displayed clearly at checkout.
Orders over $100 (excluding tax) enjoy free ePacket shipping.
2. Offline Custom Channels
Shipping fees for other unlisted methods will be quoted by customer service based on actual weight (or dimensional weight).
Delivery Exception Handling
1. Package Loss/Damage
Report within 24 hours of receipt with photos/videos, and we will assist in claiming with the logistics provider.
High-value items are recommended to choose insurance (premium: 3% of the item value).
2. Address Error
Contact customer service to modify the address within 24 hours after payment. Additional redelivery fees will be borne by the buyer if modified beyond the timeframe.
