Sensor Usage Instructions
The two-wire magnetic switch equipped with this product has an operating voltage of 10V~28V and a maximum current of 100mA. Exceeding 100mA will reduce the service life of the switch or cause it to burn out.
When using the two-wire magnetic switch:
1. For common-positive PLC or circuits, the general wiring method is to connect the brown wire to the signal wire connected in series with the positive pole of the 24V power supply, and the blue wire to 0V.
2. Do not connect directly to the positive and negative poles of a battery or DC power supply. It must be connected to the positive and negative poles of the battery or DC power supply after a load (which can be a relay or PLC) is connected in series at one end of the switch. Incorrect wiring or direct connection to the battery/DC power supply without a load will immediately burn out the switch.
3. If the brown and blue wires of the switch are reversed, the circuit will output directly and the indicator light will not turn on.
